FitnessBliss Fitness Web App Features

Here is a list of things you can do while using the FitnessBliss fitness web app:

Create, Customize and Print Workout Routines

Create Workout Routines

FitnessBliss lets you create customized workout routines using several and easy to use workout routine creation options:

  1. Workout Routine Creation Using Target Muscle Selection
    By Selecting Target Muscles

This option lets you tell FitnessBliss which muscles you'd like to target for a specific workout routine as well as how many different workout days and exercises per day you'd like.

FitnessBliss will then produce a routine filled with exercises that target those muscles and with settings you defined, such as the number of sets and the number of reps for each exercise.

  2. Workout Routine Creation Using Pre-Built Routines
    By Using Pre-Built Routines

FitnessBliss also gives you access to ready-to-go, pre-built workout routines. This option will help you very quickly create workout routines for either specific body areas or specific sports training.

In all, more than 20 are available for you to choose from.

  3. Workout Routine Creation by Browsing and Adding Exercises One by One
By Browsing and Manually Adding Exercises

Finally, FitnessBliss lets you browse through its entire fitness exercise database (totaling more than 500), giving you the option of adding exercises one at a time in a self-serve fashion.

And since every fitness exercise is fully illustrated with animated two-frame images, filling up your routines with useful exercises will be a breeze.

Customize your Workout Routines

Using Drag-and-Drop to Modify Workout Routine

Once FitnessBliss is done generating your workout routines you'll be taken to the editing page. There you'll be able to review your routine and easily make changes to it.

In the event that you'd like to change the order at which exercises are presented or swap exercises entirely, both can be achieved by simple drag-and-drop manipulations.

Print your Routines Directly or Export them to a .pdf File

Exporting a Workout Routine to a .pdf File

When you're done reviewing your workout routine you are given the option of exporting it to a .pdf document.

With that .pdf file in hand you are free to print it using your printer or save it to your computer for further reference.

Enter, Chart and Review your Workout Results and Progress

Enter Progress Results

Enter Workout Progress Results

FitnessBliss lets you keep track of your progress by giving you tools to enter and store results of past workout sessions.

Using this option you'll be sure that the information gathered at the gym or wherever you may workout is not lost on a piece of paper but is rather safe-kept.

View Progress Charts

View your Progress Using Charts

FitnessBliss also lets you follow your workout progression by giving you access to useful charts.

Charts can be generated for each exercise you have entered progression results for and show total and average weight lifted for each exercise in weight training. For non-weight exercises such as crunches, the total number of repetitions done is shown and for cardio exercises: time, distance and calories burned.

Review Past Results

Review Past Workout Results

Finally, FintessBliss lets you review your past workout results by letting you go back in time.

For each workout session you have entered results for, you'll be able to fetch, review and even delete past results.

Test and track your Fitness Level

Fitness Level Tests

FitnessBliss lets you track your fitness level using a variety of fitness tests. They are grouped along the following categories: Body Composition; Muscular Strength; Muscular Endurance; Cardio; and Flexibility.

For example, you'll be able to track the evolution of your fitness level using the well known 1 repetition maximum (1-RM) using the bench press exercise or the 12 minute run Cooper test.

Filter Exercise List by Equipment and Set Default Settings

Filter Exercise List by Equipment Available to You

A choice of 500+ fitness exercises is great but this may become counter-productive if you have few equipments to workout with. In that sense, if you wish you may tell FitnessBliss to only show those exercises that you will be able to perform based on your equipment selection setup.

This means that no matter where you train, be it at home using a pair of dumbbells and a bench or at a fully stocked gym, FitnessBliss will create workout routines that will work for you.

Define Default Settings

Define Default Settings for FitnessBliss

Everybody has their own motivation for working out. Some want to lose weight and tone their muscles whereas others want to bulk up and build muscle mass.

Modify FitnessBliss' settings to generate truly personalized workout routines by specifying the number of reps and sets you'd like to include in your routines for weight training exercises and the default time for cardio exercises.

Add your own Custom Exercises

FitnessBliss even lets you add your own custom exercises to the default library for those instances where you find exercises that are missing from the selection.

While we try to give users access to as many exercises as possible we know it is almost impossible to include them all considering the variety in equipment choice and the different tweaks/variations available to any given exercise.
